I wish I would have known about it, but Sophia Nelson, who wrote the "Black. Female. Accomplished. Attacked." column in Sunday's Post hosted an online chat this morning on WaPo's website.
As you can see from the transcript, http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/discussion/2008/07/23/DI2008072302382.html, a couple of people pressed her on the question of whether she was simply smearing anyone who criticized Michelle Obama as a racist and sexist. Her response was to accuse these people of engaging in a personal attack against her and then she just moved on.
She will be on CNN's American morning tomorrow from 6:30 to 7 a.m. (she was also on Hannity and Colmes on Monday). I emailed CNN the following question to ask her:
"Please ask Sophia Nelson if people who are critical of Michelle Obama are really only motivated by racism or sexism. Don't people have some legitimate complaints about her that have nothing to do with race or sex based on the hateful things she has said about America?"
Think they will? I wouldn't bet on it.

Coming from a graduate of Princeton and Harvard who makes $300K+ a year I find those words to be beyond despicable.If that makes me a racist...so be it.

I am now officially over it. Everytime I hear the word “racist” or “racism” I shrug. I don’t care if it exists anymore thanks to the “cry-wolf” crowd. Just..don’t...care....and I think there are a lot of people in this country eager to put the squash on Obama thanks to the overplaying of the race card...
