Calling official genius Danielle Allen!

Maybe she looked up techdude's address, after all she was so good about uncovering a few of our good Freepers and releasing them to the media without getting their permission.

Thanks for you wonderful work in starting this thread and the Obama Birth Cert one from July 3rd!

* * * * *

General question to all ...

The car vandalism and the dead rabbit -- are those on today's front page Washington Post? Will they ever be mentioned in that paper?

The site keeps freezing on me. Its hard to read more than a bit at a time.

However, I believe that it has now been categorically proven that the birth certificate, which I believe is a copy of the one on Obama’s own site which has been certified by them as genuine, is a forgery. Leaving aside the whole issue of whether Obama is qualified to stand for President or not, surely this in itself is a crime. The Fight the Smears website is part of Obama’s official campaign and he is responsible for what they put out, even more so because it was ostensibly set up to protect him from lies. Putting out false documents is not they way to do that.

What is required, and right now, is for this to be put in the public domain, not just on a few websites. Let people judge for themselves.

Yes he is running for president. The fact that he is working within the party system and will get nominated has nothing to do with the fact that you have to file certain forms and declare yourself a candidate.

If this does finally get some legs, it will be an interesting election season.

It will not see the light of day. Remember, these are democrats and only enforce laws they like. No democrat will care where he was born. In fact, I bet he will be more popular if not a US citizen, and laws be damn! Democrats will just change it.

I don’t pretend to understand compters, so please forgive the question:

What does “COLB” mean?

Thank you.

Never mind...

I just realized it stands for “Certification of Live Birth.”

I don’t think the COLB was released on Kos until after Hillary was out of the running. Also, I don’t think Hillary’s campaign would have had any ability to gain access to his certificate.....at least nothing they could reveal openly.

The analysis by techdude is the most complete and most believable that I’ve seen posted thus far. Hopefully it gets a lot more exposure. I’m no expert in this field, but there were several questions answered that I’d been wondering about (the seal, the differing borders for different issue years).

The plot thickens indeed. And Algore is appearing on the Sunday shows. And Mrs. Clinton's gals told the Friends that “something” was coming out regarding voter fraud. Meanwhile, Boy Wonder plays “President” on his world tour and the Drive-Bys swoon.

I agree about techdude’s analysis- it’s exhaustive and professional- hard to see how it can be refuted.

Put all leftist lawyers on Defcon 3 in Denver come August

Uh, excuse me please, isn’t the term “leftist lawyerws” redundant?

Yes he is running for president. The fact that he is working within the party system and will get nominated has nothing to do with the fact that you have to file certain forms and declare yourself a candidate.

Here is a link to the statement of candidacy for Rudy Guiliani. There's nothing in there that asks you to verify or attest to your citizenship. Later he would have had to fill out a Statement of Organization which again doesn't ask for any verification of citizenship.

According to this article in Slate there's not much paperwork to do except for financial stuff...until you actually try to get on the ballot in each state in the Presidential election.

I wonder if it's each state responsibility to certify the candidate as a citizen before putting him on the ballot. I'll bet it is. ]

Actually you said lawyers and not “lawyerws”, gotta watch that extra W, they tell me that W is responsible for almost every problem in the world today.

(if he does)
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

That is the real question, I caught a short blip on TV yesterday in which they were saying that Obama is not lighting the fires of the young as he was. In fact they said he had lost one third of his support among young people. The very young are much easier to fool with all this empty talk than are older voters. If he can’t fool the young people then Woody Woodpecker could beat him in the general election. The kingmakers in the rat party must be having a lot of sleepless nights about this. If there were anything approaching even and responsible coverage by the media Obama would be polling in single digits now. If we restricted voting to property owners as we used to do he would be polling less than one percent.

It’s ironic that what may be standing in their way is the power lust of the Clintons. The Clintons may want to destroy the country too, but they want to make sure that when it goes down they’re in a position of power, wealth and authority.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I am well aware of the old saying about opinions but here is mine anyway.
I DON”T think the Clintons WANT to destroy the country completely, I think they want power above all else and would like to have a country to rule over. Of course they are quite capable of destroying the country anyway in their mad rush for power.
Obama, on the other hand, may very well have a goal or be handled by someone such as Soros who has a goal of destroying the United States of America.

You lose that bet. At least in Pennsylvania. The PA Department of State is responsible for putting candidates on statewide ballot, but they only require a sworn statement that the candidate meets all requirements for office. How do I know? I called up an asked a few weeks ago.

How then do does such lack of a basic credential get challenged? In court. Challenges to McCain on this basis were filed long ago and have now progressed past the state supreme court and are now at the US District Courts -- there are multiple.

Thank you for that information. I'm sure there are conservative legal experts who are all over this.
