The story, while slightly different, is true. McCain reached across and grabbed the guy and gave him what is known as a "b*tch slap." It happened very quickly. McCains security personnel were as surprised as the Sandy bast*d who received the slap.
The meeting resumed as if nothing happened.
The episode was mentioned very briefly in the Managua newspaper 'La Prensa' if I remember correctly.
