As it is neither embossed, nor stamped, and shows some electronic fingerprints of tampering, it is hardly proof positive of his birth as a citizen.

Sometimes its easy not to read very well here. Your post doesn't make much sense to me.. but I will reinterate what I said before, any of the the substitute documents are intended to establish the fact that a valid birth certificate could have been issued and/or that the individual is indeed a citizen of the United States.

This is a very different test then the Constitutional test for eligibility to be the President.

But, you keep missing my point. That if an alternate document was used to obtain this passport, then he must have proved first that no birth certificate exists which would be equally damning.

As to the rest of your post, it looks like we are pretty much on the same page.

Obama has failed to definitively respond to questions about his constitutional eligibility for the office.

The non- and half answers he has provided only serve to raise further questions.
