... now correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the state OBLIGATED to have full and complete educational records?

If it doesn't, can't it be compelled to do so under FERPA or similar state/federal laws?

Lucy has a good point.

Last year I near election time ozero took a trip to Hawaii to visit his sick grandma. Along with him were a bevy of lawyers that was not widely reported. I have always wondered why he needed so many Lewes to accompany him to Hawaii.

Logical minds want to know.
