If Hussein Obama legally changed his name (from) Soetoro, how in the world, could his BC say ... Obama? Barry was born Obama. Soetoro was the name of his stepfather who his mom married when Barry was two. He may have been known as Soetoro in Indonesia to make things simpler, but his birth name would not have changed
