Selling a forgery or using a forgery for some legal purpose are “crimes”. Forging a document is rarely a crime unless that document is MONEY!! (or bearer bonds, or a check).

In this case, frauding the American electorate, is a crime. And if that is a fraudulent document on his website, that is exactly what it is.
