well, you could use, God, or Jehovah, or Yaweh, or any of the other names currently in favor.
I'd stay away from that allah thing though, might not look good on a COLB.

and just as a matter of information, my name does not appear on my oldest daughter's birth certificate.
But she was placed for adoption. Only the birthmother's name is given
