Without a genuine birth certificate, we don’t know where he was born.

Does Obama have a Passport? If he does then he has a genuine birth certificate. Whatever his name and place of birth on his passport is proof of citizenship...period, end of story...whether it was faked or not. A valid passport is proof of citizenship.

The Obama campaign has not made his passport information public. I haven't seen any evidence of it in the public domain.

As far as I know, he has a passport from Kenya or Toga. And usually a passport serves a proof of citizenship but not necessarily...where he used fraudulent means to obtain one.

And from what I've seen, he's being fraudulent with this birth certificate.

A valid passport is proof of citizenship.

Indeed it is. I know holders of valid US passports who were born in India, Germany, Russia, and China.

US Citizens all.

None of them constitutionally qualified to be Commander-in-Chief...

hatever his name and place of birth on his passport is proof of citizenship...period, end of story...whether it was faked or not. A valid passport is proof of citizenship.

But a passport based on fake documentation is not a valid one. It may be a real one, but it's not valid. And it will be taken away at the first opportunity after it's determined that the documentation submitted to obtain it was false.

Not so easy to do with younger folks, who are "in the computer" from a very early age. Us older folks didn't get "registered" until we needed a social security number, in my case when I was 18, but my wife got hers at 16, but still not virtually at birth as my grandchildren (3 so far) had to do or before 5 as we had to do for our children.
