I do. In fact they have been doing it for a long time now.

You are the one that suggests everything is so cut and dried that it cannot be an issue worth proceeding on, and at every turn you have basically throw the same at me when I have dared to suggest that the law leaves room for things not described in it in full detail.

If the law were so prefect so absolute as you have suggested there would be no need for lawyers to argue it or defend it.
