I think if you are looking for the marriage license or certificate, you would look among other things for the name of Barack H. Obama; as well as the obvious wife possibles, including Toot. Use of the Toot might well have been in Kenya rather than Hawaii. I continue to doubt that we will find anything in the way of marriage documents in Hawaii but we will see.

Another thing I read in my search last night was the proposition that there may indeed be a birth certificate registered in Kenya.
The author proposed that Kenya custom is to register a birth of a Kenyan decendant whether born in Kenya or elseware.
Don’t know if there’s any truth to that statement, but just a little more fuel to add to the rumor pile.
