You’re right -it doesn’t add much- but it affirms quite a bit.
Your template does appear the same or similar- where did you find it?
That was posted on another thread here on FR last week or so. The owner was a FReeper, but I’m afraid I kept only this link, not the original thread. This image only affirms that the state does use slightly different templates, so that analysis showing the templates are different between DeCosta and BHO doesn’t really mean much. The Kos forgery looks like this template.
