I only got through about 200 replies and hadn't seen this mentioned.
Let's say that bho was born in kenya. Would not his mother have had to get him a passport to return him to the US?
That would possibly explain the passport fiasco of some months back.
Also her passport records may show that she was not in the US when he was born.

Guess I need to explain it better. Obama was born before the Selma march. But in a anniversary speech for the march he said thanks to the march his parents got together and had him. Thus he was reborn.

Then, why was there any questions to John McCains place of birth and his eligibility to be President? His mother lived in the US for five years. I believe that Congress had to pass something special so that there was no question that he was eligible (because he was born in the Panama Canal zone) There are two separate distinct issues: One, citizenship; and two, eligibility to serve as President under the Constitution, Article II, Sec. 1, Par. 4.
As to citizenship, McCain is in better shape that Obama; McCain has the two Citizen-parent rule, he is in without regard to how long or where questions.
The Senate passed a resolution intended to support McCain on the Constitutional question--unfortunately for him, the Senate can't unilaterally amend the Constitution. And McCain's best case was that under a Congressional fiction, the Canal Zone was U S Territory--among the other problems, McCain wasn't born there; he was born off the base in Panama. Most important, Congressional fictions don't control the meaning or application of the U S Constitution.
If the case gets to the Supreme Court, McCain also is not qualified to serve as President.

If his parents were not together at the time, in Africa, then how was his father able to “name” him. If he was born in Hawaii, his mother would have named him, wouldn't she?

Thank you for your reply. It’s an interesting scenario to think of. Hopefully, it won’t be necessary (i.e. McCain wins!)

Maybe put his place of birth as Bethlehem .... PA!

"The Israel Insider does a better job than you at exposing what is going on. Quit schilling for Obama." LOL, good one. Now answer my question, did you go to the KOS link to see if the Israeli insider claim was true? Be glad to admit I was wrong, just show me where OpenDNA "suggests that others "print one up" for candidate Obama"

If his parents were not together at the time, in Africa, then how was his father able to name him. They had telephones back then.

Clare McCaskil of Missouri introduced the bill however it has now become known that she did so as a favor to her friend, Barack Obama who wrote the bill. Why would Barack put a single parent savings clause in a bill designed to benefit his colleague John McCain who was born to two U S citizen parents? He knew; he has always known he is not a citizen nor eligible to be elected President. Is this really true? If so, boy, that is damning to Obama. He knew he needed this bill to pass for him to run for president. A democrat conspiracy to take over the government by deceit? This needs to be inverstigated further.

I smell a Demrat as well xzins, a Birth Certificate seems to be a dead simple matter, go to the courthouse, ask for a copy..finished...
Why all the drama over this thing? Are there no FReepers in Hawaii to go to the Registrar of Deeds and settle this matter?
