You should try it. It is far and away the best general purpose hotsauce available. Its about as hot as Tobasco, but has more flavor to it.

Cholula is pretty good. I don’t think it’s quite as hot as Tabasco and the flavor is much better. About all I use Tabasco for is green beans and salad.
