No they don't. There is no review process or consistancy to suspention or banning. It is arbitrary and immediate. You can't even ask why.
So, let's see, again, you're back on the liberal takings viewpoint. You want something for nothing. Pony up the dough for people to sit around and review suspensions. Probably 100k a year or so would do, to secure a board of 5 people, since it'd be just a part time job.
What? You don't want to pay that? You want the rest of us to absorb the cost? Or make volunteers do more work? We /all/ operate under the same system. We all can be suspended without any ability to ask why. We all can be banned without any ability or explanation as to why.
