Both Chicago and Washington D.C. have the most draconian gun laws in the country (handguns are pretty much illegal in both cities). Yet, every year both cities are at or near the top of the list for murders per capita. Makes sense: Disarmed citizens are nothing but sheep waiting to be fleeced and butchered. I wonder if they are halal?
