Produce a case where that happened today in Christianity, not a thousand years ago.
BTW stoning an adulterous is also in the Bible. Are adulterous women still stoned today in the Christian world?
Adultery used to be prosecuted as a crime in this country; today I think it is treated far too laxly. That's not to say we should enforce strictly the laws in Leviticus, but violation of marriage vows should be regarded as a serious matter, and should be penalized severely when dividing up property.
BTW, while Leviticus doesn't particularly say so, I would expect the penalty for a bride not being a virgin would only be applicable in cases where she was represented as such; otherwise certain other rules would not make sense otherwise. For example, if a man deflowers a virgin whom he has not married, her father may demand that he marry her. It would be absolutely absurd to suggest that the man could then have the woman killed for not being a virgin bride.
