Can’t the RATs impeach GWB even *after* he’s left office?
If the answer is in the affirmative, any reason to think that they won’t do this, especially if they end up with a super-majority in both houses?
It's inherently illogical, since the PURPOSE of impeachment is to have a trial leading to REMOVAL FROM OFFICE.
