I honestly don’t know what to make of this ruling.It looks like someone wanted to make themselves famous off this sensational case. There are far too many prosecutors out there who are guided by the media spotlight instead of the truth. There should be severe punishment dished out to the prank caller and anyone else who distorted the facts.

I agree. If there is a pregnant twelve or thirteen year old, find out who the father is and arrest him. Ask the girl if her mother is culpable. Barring that, families are sacrosanct.
