The “boss(es)” of the Director of the DCFS should be given a reasonable amount of time to fire the individual (say, 72 hours). If the firing does not take place, then the citizens of Illinois should storm the Director’s office and forcibly remove him/her from it.

There's a very simple solution to this problem. Lock this guy up on death row and leave him there until he issues an official apology. After all, MOST of the people there belong there.
