I think that an argument can be made that McCain (and Arnold for that matter) are NOT RINOs. They ARE Republicans, that is, what the Republican party has become. Which means the party of the Center.

So the answer is for a new political party to form. Call it the Conservative Party, which will stand for:

1. Low Taxes
2. Secure the Borders
3. Strong Military.
4. Against same-sex marriage
5. Energy self-sufficiency (drill in ANWR, coastal, etc.)

Maybe by the next election, this will come to pass.
