That was my thoughts exactly as he was in my home state of WA yesterday, part of his Save the Planet tour. This state is a solid blue state, and my vote is not going to effect things one iota.

Ditto with me in Illinois. Even if I voted for McCain in November, he’d still be a couple million votes shy of carrying Illinois.
“I had reconciled myself holding my nose and voting for McCain, if only because Hillary and Obama are so much worse. But this renewed global warming fanaticism on his part is about all I can stomach, and I'm very close to basically not voting for President in November, period. I'll vote GOP downticket, but McCain is very, very close to losing my vote (again). It won't hurt him much, I live in a pretty GOP safe state at the Presidential level (NC), but at least I'll have a cleaner conscience.”
