I was thinking of something similar: Offer any opponent to Gitmo $100,000 if they will go into a cell for one hour, blindfolded and hands handcuffed behind their back. Tell them that in that cell will be a detainee who will be given a saw. Anyone who can stay alive for one hour in that cell gets the money.
