But wouldn't that apply more to the responses than the original news article in question? For example, "GUILTY!!" would pass muster while "That #*&@@^% is @*&$^%! GUILTY!! Let's get a %*$&^@ tire iron and beat the *$&^# outta her!" would not.

MURRIETA For a change, it wasn't a female student and a male teacher...or a female teacher and a male student. This time a 28-year-old female teacher is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female student.

The teacher, Crissy Torcella Hisey was arrested Thursday at Vista Murrieta High School. Hisey taught 10th grade English.

Hisey is free on bail. Friday, she resigned her teaching position at the school.

The 17-year-old student Hisey is alleged to be sexually involved with was not her student, according to Karen Parris, information officer for the Murrieta Valley Unified School District.

Police contacted Hisey and the girl at the school, then brought them to the police station for interviews, where they said they'd had an ongoing sexual relationship for the last several months, said Murrieta police Sgt. Jim Ganley.
