OK, go to Run and type in

msconfig

Go to the startup tab and see if it is listed in there. If it is, uncheck it.

Then go to the services tab and see if it is listed in there. If it is, uncheck it.

If it is in there, then reboot your system and check msconfig again and see if it has turned itself back on.

Open Control Panel and Remove Programs.
