I seem to recall she she “We could obliterate Iran,” not that she would do so unilaterally, on her own.

Video clip at Raw Story. Note the question to her was posed as a request to amplify on a previous comment of hers that, "... if Iran were to strike Israel there would be massive retaliation," along with the editorial remark, "scary words." (You'd think this would be a warning to her.)

In her response she immediately stated that "the question was if Iran were to launch a nuclear attack on Israel" ... "we will attack Iran" and "... we would be able to totally obliterate them."

What happened to her policy of not responding to hypotheticals?
