If I were a betting man I’d say Obama is starting to believe his own propaganda. He’s not going to let this one go at all.

This is all such silliness.

He’s going to win North Carolina by 20 points. If his PR team was doing a good job, they would be announcing that North Carolina will decide the Democratic nomination and Indiana is a place holder.

She has to pick him for VP. If she does, she’ll win. He does not have to pick her for VP. He can pick any woman.

When he does she’ll be enraged beyond belief and would immediately start trying to backstab him behind the scenes.

In which case McCain wins. The goal is not so much a McCain win as to ensure a Democrat loss, and the best scenario for that is Obama winning the nomination.

It’s time to work towards that end.
