Please point me to where it refutes the supernatural (for lack of a better word) 100%.Doesn't. Doesn't claim to. Science can neither prove nor disprove the supernatural; the most it can do is say that there is no evidence of the supernatural in a phenomenon adequately explained by natural processes.
