Oh, and lying to a Police Officer is a crime in Texas.

Then their prisons must be chock-full to overflowing.

"No, officer, I wasn't speeding!"

Then their prisons must be chock-full to overflowing. "No, officer, I wasn't speeding!"

If anyone in Texas couples that with being uncooperative, or not giving truthful answers about their insurance or any other questions asked - they officer can arrest them. You don't lie to the police. This isn't the BATF at Waco we are talking about.

Your attempt to make light of the situation is not affective. The FLDS lied to the town about major construction, vehicles, and materials being shipped into their compound.

Try doing that on your property.

A police officer uses discretion. Most of them won't go around arresting someone for saying they were not speeding.

Lying to the town Sheriff about millions of dollars of construction taking place does not equate.

Would you like to try to compare any more match sticks to timber?
