This plays right into McCain’s hand. Get the hard left to call you a conservative and the hard right to call you a lib and then sweep up all the dim bulb votes in the center. His next book might be called Winning Through Mediocrity.

I read this. My position on McCain has evolved. While I still know that he is a backstabbing son-of-a-b*tch, if he were to pick a conservative VP, I will vote for that ticket.
I thank whatever liberal wrote this piece for giving me something of a wake-up call.

Why is Moveon.org campaigning for McCain? If only half of what they're saying about him were true, I
might be able to hold my nose and vote for him. Unfortunately they're attributed some redeeming qualities to him that he doesn't possess.
