While I am all for using any political means necessary to prevent Obama from winning in November... should we really put our eggs in this Larry Sinclair guy's basket? Aside from credibility issues, it is proven already that Democrats have no problem electing someone who likes to participate in... extracurricular activities of this sort.

Regardless of the merits of this case, I don't see how any judge can sanction the service of subpoenas - or any documents- over the Internet to parties who are only identified by their screen names. The purpose of service of documents is to ensure that the person(s) for whom the document(s) are indended is resonably likely to receive them. Otherwise, it is completely unjust for a court to penalize such person(s) if he/she/they don't comply.
