Shanghai Daily reports that “FACTS” show that the Dalai Llama is responsible for the unrest in Tibet. Even though he has on many occasions called for peaceful protest. We also know that the main agitators are those who are tired of the Dalai Llama’s peaceful ways and want a more immediate change.

Well which is it? The Dalai Lama or agitators who are tired of being peaceful? Is there something in the communist charter that says party members need not make any sense?
