Papaya King rules.
I predict that Gore will descend on the Democrat convention in his coal-fired rocket chair bearing tablets engraved by Gaia with the 10 Commandments of Global Warming, and the Obamaniacs and Clintonistas will bow down and worship the mighty Goracle.

If Howard Dean had an ounce of leadership capacity, he'd quash this non-sense post haste.
"What, me worry?"

We need Al Gore to save the world more than the Democratic Party. If Al Gore would lead the Carbon Zero Project as Secretary of Energy he'd be doing both.
Yes! Zero carbon emissions for everyone - no lights, no cars, no power. Let's all live like North Koreans!

I'm slow witted today. Giving it to Gore solves exactly what?
Hillary's Lesbian femi-Nazi army wont vote for him and Obama's (cough) 'urban voters' will still burn down all the cities if the nomination is 'stolen' from him.

“The great thing about the bind the Democrats have put themselves into is that there is now no easy solution.”
They DO have an easy solution, but they’ll never go for it - simply nominate Sen. McCain and run a unity ticket.

Makes me wonder if [who is it, Matthews that has tingles running up his leg from Obama's omnipotence?] is going to break into "multiple gorespasms"...

I love dried papaya, it's tough to get ripe ones up here in NJ but I get lucky sometimes. Of course, the price is a lot more than a buck apiece. When I was a kid, my grandparents grew papaya (they lived in Daytona) and I remember how big those suckers were.
The only one that likes dried papaya more than I is my parrot, she'd OD on it if I let her.

I love papaya! I've seen the "giant" ones but haven't tried one yet, please let me know how they compare to the smaller ones.
One of my favorite papaya receipes:
Ginger Shrimp with Papaya Pico de Gallo
Recipe courtesy Hans Rueffert
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
Kosher salt
3/4 cup diced papaya
3/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
2 serrano peppers, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 limes, juiced
For the shrimp: toss the shrimp with the olive oil, ginger, and a pinch of salt. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes or longer in the refrigerator.
For the Pico de Gallo: toss together the papaya, tomatoes, onions, serrano peppers (the more peppers, the more the heat, so act accordingly), cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
To serve: Heat the grill and grill the shrimp until cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Simply plate the grilled shrimp with a nice heaping teaspoon of the Pico de Gallo. The tomatoes and the papaya go smashingly well with the heat of the chili and the twang of the ginger. Once again...good stuff.
