I just called her. She said, “THANKS!”
She also said she has a friend who belongs to a wine-tasting club, and will talk to her about memberships. I told her that would be the best way to do it. It would at least give her more information than I can give her.

If your state allows big wine stores such as “Total Wine,” they often have free tastings on the weekends.

They make good wines in OZ. Touring the Hunter Valley (9 years ago), it was odd to see all these wine estates with *Scottish* names — but... the Scots will excel however they land.
