This is a bad one. It held on for over a week.
I had the flu shot but obviously it didn’t work.
Several coworkers told me that, about a month after the flu, they were sick again for a couple of days with flu-like symptoms.
I’ll keep your priest in my prayers.

Ugh. His little girl (1-1/2 years) came down with it first, poor kid.
It may be a different strain of the flu. I seem to recall there are usually two or three that go around and they make the vaccines on what seems to be starting.
