I wonder how well beer would brew in micro-gravity. It’s kinda hard for the yeast to rise to the top of the wort (ale yeast, of course) when there’s no “up”.

We DO have gravity...we’re in the Flying Castle, so that means we have all the gravity we need. We don’t weigh as much as we do on earth, but we grow things...
