You did mention that, yes. If you want rain, living in the desert was a bad idea :-).
Actually, I hate the rain, too, but when it rains here, we usually get all 3” for the year at once. Of course, this year, we’ve already had more than that, and with the snow pack in the mountains, the Colorado River will bring a lot more water to Lake Mead, and hopefully get rid of the “bath tub ring.”
That would be nice, for sure!
I like the dry climate. So does my heart!
