I should know that by now...
Speaking of Boy Scouts....I need to find a local troop that can teach me to play the bugle. Mom just got me one for my belated B-Day.

Almost any of them in any of the LDS churches should have a bugler. Volunteer....research the nearest troop on the web, and see what happens.
Good luck!
A bugle, huh? Your mother always did like you better than she did me...

I used to be in the Scouts but that seems like three lifetimes ago.

I only need to play taps...
Could have used it this morning. Had a service out at RNC, and the honor guard only had an electronic bugle. I think I can do better than that.

I was never in the scouts....I was in a church group called the Royal Ambassadors...RAs....they don’t exist as far as I know. They were replace by the AWANAS, which was co-ed. Total Bummer.

Hi, 'Face!
Been a busy week trying to get a bunch of stuff off my plate, between meeting followups, expense reports, endless e-mails and so on. One more big thing and I can relax...
How are you today? Better?

It makes me tired just reading your posts! *pant-pant*
LOL!
I am better today, thanks for asking! This has been a really nasty relapse (six months) but it seems I’ve been able to overcome a little of it. I’m sure there is still more for me to deal with, but hopefully, with the warmer weather, I’ll be in remission for a few months, and can almost act like a real human.
(Won’t THAT be odd?...)
With luck, I’ll be able to sit outside for a while tomorrow and soak up some sun. I hope! :o])

Hope you can.
For me, I'm finally beginning to see my desk (table) top again; it's been a mess ever since I moved into this office.
Slowly making the office live up to its "cave" name with more custom lighting, using the ugly overhead fluorescents only when absolutely necessary. Add the fact that I can set the thermostat lower in this office (comfy 69F) and I'm well on the way.
Need a black sheer curtain for the door though -- a good part of the light in this office now is the bright glare coming in from the office across the hall.

Ohyah...black curtain is good for Kavs!
I had a sign on my desk that said, “A clean desk is a sign of a sick mind.” However messt it got during the normal workday, it was always clean at 5:00! It made them wonder...

I haven’t tried them here, but a farmer about a mile up the road grows about a 5-acre field every year, and they turn out fine. I’ve dug up a 4’x4’ square on a slight downhill slope, away from the house. The vines spread all over, but there’s nothing back there except the wisteria.

There is no place in the world that grows cantalopes like Central Utah! And I’ve tasted them from all over the world!
