i can not connect to my interent it keeps telling me my domain name server configuration is wrong how do i repair this

The picture was taken just south of Riverside San Diego County line on I-15. About 65 miles from Mexico. The hill behind the overpass was cover with Avocado trees. It looks like they lost about half of them. The two lane road is US395. I could take it all the way to Canada.
