i can not connect to my interent it keeps telling me my domain name server configuration is wrong how do i repair this

Good afternoon. It is very lousy here -- white sky. The glare is terrible.
There is rain in the area, but it seems to be in a long 20 mile wide band moving SW to NE, just a few miles from us.

That is because they didn't have an Internet a hundred years ago, silly! Oh yes they did!
Oh course, they hadn't invented packet-switching, packet fragmentation, TCP/IP, HTTP and web browsers yet so it was a little limited. And it notes there wasn't sufficient R&Dfunding to develop mobile routers to speed deployment of the network.
Some things never change.
