So rather than grabbing images from the Huffington Post to prove your point about Obama how about a link to the original story behind the picture?

It shouldn't be hard to do, President Bush in Russia would be a place to start, or a summit in Mongolia might be another.

Well, your post just proves my point once again.

The point is that this picture of Obama is circulated around with no context attached. The people that leaked the picture, whoever they may be, either from Clinton’s camp or Obama’s itself — simply leaked the picture itself, as if a picture of him in a turban is supposed to insinuate or even prove something on its own.

My “so what” was in response to that tactic. The picture of Obama — and for that matter, pictures of the Bushes — in and of themselves, say nothing and prove nothing. (Which, by the way, I simply pulled from Google Images; the source is irrelevant and honestly I didn’t even notice as I was copying/pasting URLS that one of them was from Huffington Post, but I could have pulled it from a hundred other locations on the Net so this is completely irrelevant.)

So I don’t put much creedence in these sorts of tactics, and the way some FReepers make pics such as this into a big deal just plays into what Clinton’s camp wanted (if their camp actually did leak the pic to Drudge).

Far, far more scary in my opinion, as I said, are simply Obama’s ideas for change and his socialist mindset.
