You may remember how bomb sniffing guard dogs trained in America to protect the palace and President Karzai in Kabul failed tests. Some of us saw this first hand, including some dogs and handlers being sent home in mid-mission, and were not surprised when the company providing the dogs were sued and lost.

Incidentally, as most of you know, dogs have a limited concentration span and must be able to find something (planted by their trainer/handler) to stay focused and effective. Doesn't matter if it's drugs or explosives.

I think it is pretty awful, in the “islamic world,” to call someone a dog. I would love to call “the prophet” a dog, simply to piss them off. However, I respect dogs too much to do that.

The Mullahs claim that because these dogs were reared and trained in Iran, they are NOT ‘unclean’ as long as they are used as guard dogs!
