Babbling idiots often don’t realize how their rants alienate other people.

That sentence reminded me of something I saw:
Ron Paul explaining to Tim Russert that we just need to leave the rest of the world alone, and also that the federal spending he has directed to his district is just a kind of tax credit, unlike all that other bad spending.
