Under no circumstances do you whip out your cell phone and take a picture of it.
Even if the guy has "Hot Rod" tattooed there and you know it has been on public display and the topic of at least one cheesy conversation ...
Do not photograph and do not share with colleagues!
Mayo clinic (and probably everywhere else) and said photographer will have a parting of the ways if it is leaked.
No lie! The fool that gave the doctor's name, the patient's name, the details of the tattoo and everything else to the local newspaper is also subject to the same host of problems as the doctor, but also gets slapped with the HIPPA violation.
