GREETINGS to all of my Family, FRiends, and FReepers.

I trust this short note finds you well as we celebrate the birth of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

My Christmas present this year was the safe arrival of my team to KUWAIT. This arrival marks the beginning of my journey HOME to the Land of the Free --- Because of the Brave --- of whom I am proud to be one of many....

If all goes well I should be a FULLY FUNCTIONING -- U.S. CITIZEN on or about New Years Day !!

Thank you so much for all of your prayers and support over the past 15 or so months... Please pass my deepest appreciations to any of your non-FReepers FRiends. I have been so encouraged and blessed over the past year I can't begin to express my appreciation...

I am very pleased to report that not a single member of my U.S. Team was injured or killed, despite several unsuccessful attempts by our enemies <--

While my (very small)U.S. team did not suffer any casualties... we have lost several of our coalition team members.. Iraqi & U.S.

My Christmas present from YOU is a simple request, as you sit down to enjoy your Christmas lunch or Dinner, please say a special prayer for the families of our fallen.. this is an especially hard time for them as you can imagine...

I look forward to returning to my civilian occupation [LEON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, Tallahassee, Florida] sometime in February... In the meantime I would ask for your continued prayers for safe travels as we make our way back to U.S. soil !!
