Windows Vista, the Windows ME of the decade.
Gotta disagree with you there. I've been fixing computers literally since I was 8 years old. Vista is a far cry from Windows ME. Windows ME was not ready when it was released. Vista was delayed incessantly, but I've been using it for six months and I've been somewhat impressed by how few problems it has, especially running software written for XP.
I was concerned about Vista being like Windows 95 was since Vista doesn't run on the NT kernel. Windows 95 had problems because it no longer ran on the DOS kernel, so there were compatibility issues. However, that has not proven to be a major problem, and I've experienced few problems since owning it, and all of the ones that did occur were not difficult to fix or work around.

Good video to me. Sure wish our new laptop had come with XP and not Vista.
