what religion were they when the boy was born? The 3 âmajorâ religions circumcise at birth, not wait until 12. However, I say the boy needs his own lawyer and meet with a judge and his opinion is hat should matter. Ironically, if it was a girl, depending on the state, she could have an abortion without parents knowing.

Geez, if he’s made it to 12 and hasn’t been struck by lightning for having a foreskin, can’t the judge just rule against surgery till the kid is 21 and can get it for himself if he wants to? Surely at that point, neither of the parents could object one way or the other.
