All one has to do is ask an older leftist whatever happened to the “Reagan Disaster.” For those who don’t know what that is, the left was certain that President Reagan was going to or destroyed the world. Bringing up that we’re still here and doing fine after it really irks them. SSDD.

I bring that up to my nieces who are in their twenties and freaked out about “the worst president ever”. I tell them to give it time. In less than ten years the Dems will be screaming about another Republican who is the worst in history ( and the Dems will be “bringing hope” - another propaganda schtick the Dems do).

Ah yes, I remember well. I was a Liberal at the time, and I swallowed that kool-aide as well. Part of the reason for my eventual conversion, was that the dire Reagan predictions never came true.
