After trying this to determine if it works, I’m not sure... there is probably a little bit more to it, but I can override the 24 hour waiting period to vote, I just cant tell what sequence things need to be done in yet to ensure that a vote gets tallied.

Check my post #51. That has let me vote twice today (8 hrs apart) -- once with a livecd, once with the installed OS.

Since I normally don't mess with Flash, what is the flash clearing technique?
