Is his district even competitive? When Dims act this way, it usually means that they’ve got a bunch of constituents who act the same way...

25th Amendment, Section 2 - New Vice President to be confirmed by both houses of Congress, not just the Senate.

Isn’t the design of that sign the same as Gore-Lieberman’s signs?

Actually, a Veep nominee would require the approval of both Houses. And you’re the one running for Congress...:)

I knew the amendment was there. I didn’t read it before posting. I do homework in writing my columns. I do NOT do homework in order to post on FR.

Is his district even competitive?I believe Bush got 45% of OH-10. Kucinich wins with atleast 60% of the vote each time. But if the right Republican came along, maybe someone who has represented the sane parts of it and had something going for him that would help him with the rough parts of the district, things could get interesing. It's also a district that was represented by an R from 1992-1996.
When Dims act this way, it usually means that theyve got a bunch of constituents who act the same way...
Plus the UAW will spend what it takes to keep him. But he is drawing primary competition on the D side to boot. People are smelling blood in the water.

Some young strapping CONSERVATIVE should move to charge Kucinich with treason for meeting with Assad in Syria if Dennis the Menace pulls this stunt.
Did aliens tell him to do this?

(...no, actually rules are made to be followed, otherwise they'd be called "options".)
To: NeoCaveman
My relatives who live in OH-10 vote for Kucinich because he has the D by his name, and yet most of them are as conservative as me on some things. It’s a paradox, isn’t it.

And notice that they avoid discussing who would be named by Chimpoleon to fill the vacancy? It would be so sweet if, at the time the Elf moves impeachment of Cheney, Bush would make a statement of support and announce Karl Rove (or Don Rumsfeld) as his nominee for VP should Cheney be removed.
Or even better, Rush Limbaugh!

Well, impeachment fever has struck the DUmmies (and KOmmies) again even though it is politically TOO LATE to even try to attempt it. Let's see, Dennis the Menace introduces impeachment late in November and even if everything goes right (which it won't) the earliest you can start impeachment is late in the winter...right in the middle of political campaign season. Yeah, just want Hillary wants. An impeachment that sucks all the news out of her campaign. You're completely missing the point of this fait accompli; Hillary wants this "post hoc, ergo propter hoc". It gives her cover from the far Left in the early primaries, and still lets her play the victim in the General.
Curses.
